Hi, hi!

It's great to reconnect with you. I remember our February chat about starting the journey of creative writing or journaling. And today, I want to share with you two special exercises that can help us overcome difficult moments of frustration or despair. These exercises are designed to help us understand ourselves better and realize our own strength.

The first one involves reflecting on the definition of failure. What does failure mean to you? What were you taught about the worst things you could do, live, or decide when you were younger? Who taught you these ideas? Now, as an adult, what do you think of this definition of failure? What parts would you keep, and which would you replace? It's an opportunity to redefine our perceptions and beliefs about failure.

The second exercise is a moment to celebrate your achievements, medals, and conquered peaks. Brag about every milestone you've reached, every step you've taken, and every challenge you've overcome. Connect with that proud version of yourself and don't be afraid to take up the space you deserve.

I sincerely hope that these exercises help lift your spirits, boost your self-esteem, and help you get to know yourself better. Remember, you are stronger than you think!

See you soon in the next exercise!

Warm regards!
